With a BSc in Sports Leadership and Management and Cricket Australia High-Performance Level 3 (International Level 4),  Brenton Parchment specializes in creating supportive environments for players of all levels. Known for his strategic mindset and player-centric approach, He emphasizes technical skills, tactical understanding, and mental resilience, empowering athletes to excel on and off the field.

Wicket-Keeping and Batting Coach at ProPath Cricket Academy, Aran is an accomplished wicketkeeper and batsman who currently plays Minor League and represents the South Zone. With a keen eye for technique and strategy, he is dedicated to helping young players hone their wicket-keeping skills while refining their batting skills. Known for his ability to generate pace and execute clever variations, Posa emphasizes developing optimal technical efficiency in his players. Dedicated to nurturing emerging talent, he is passionate about inspiring the next generation of fast bowlers.

As a Mentor and Ambassador for ProPath Cricket Academy, Steven Taylor brings unmatched experience and expertise to the academy. The most capped USA player and all-time leading run-scorer, he boasts 15 years of international experience. A former USA captain, Taylor has also showcased his talent in T20 franchises across the CPL, BPL, and MLC. Known for his dedication to nurturing young talent, he plays a vital role in inspiring players to excel both on and off the field. Through his mentorship, Steven Taylor embodies the academy's core values of excellence, discipline, and growth.

Having represented the USA and Barbados national teams, as well as multiple T20 franchise teams in the BPL, CPL, and MLC, he brings a unique blend of experience, insight, and leadership to the academy.
