Founded by West Indian International cricketer Brenton Parchment, a Cricket Australia High Performance Level coach. ProPath Cricket Academy was born from the understanding that cricket is far more than a sport. It is a powerful tool for personal development. Cricket teaches us how to handle success and failure, overcome self-doubt, and manage expectations. As we improve our technical skills, we also build confidence, self-efficacy, and the ability to work as part of a team.

At ProPath, we aim to develop not just better cricketers, but better individuals. Through our tailored individual sessions, small group programs, team coaching, school programs, and specialized high-performance camps, we focus on fostering growth both on and off the field.
